Tips- open sifter and shake some powder into cap. Dip brush into powder and shake some off before application. Apply powder eyeliner on lashline, top or bottom. Shabbos Application: Avoid mixing powder colors on shabbos. Apply eyeliner on top eyelid and then eyeshadow above it, to avoid mixing colors on shabbos.
